Here is how it works.

While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for house with signs or vacant properties. Send us the information on properties that “For Sale by Owner” (FSBO), “For Rent by Owner” (FRBO) or vacant. Maybe folks in the neighborhood are faced with a situation where they need to sell and close quickly. Provide us with the basic information such as name, address, phone number and property description looking to sell their home. If we buy the house we send you a check. It's that easy.

No limit on your payday!
We don't limit the number of houses we can buy, so why limit the amount of checks you can collect? The more leads you give us, the more checks arrive in your mailbox!

You're right, there is one more step. You must register with us so we will know how to match up the lead by entering your contact information in our data base. Unless we currently have the same address in our system, we will "assign" your name to that lead and if we buy the house you get paid.
